Terms and Conditions – Fiaglo

1. General

These terms and conditions apply when you, as a customer, make a purchase from Fiaglo (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We recommend that you read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Fiaglo sells handcrafted bracelets to customers in Sweden. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, adjust prices, and handle cases of products being out of stock.

2. Orders & Payment

Once you have placed your order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
Please make sure all information is correct – if you notice any errors, contact us as soon as possible.

Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, Klarna, or Swish).
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.

3. Delivery

We normally ship your order within 1–3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the chosen shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email.

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

According to Swedish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Please note: Personalized or custom-made bracelets (e.g., with names, engraving, or custom adjustments) are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as they are made specifically for you.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Please contact us before returning your item for instructions.

5. Complaints

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have the right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act.
Please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 2 months after the issue was discovered).
We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

6. Personal Data

When you shop with Fiaglo, your personal data is stored to process your order.
We handle all data in accordance with GDPR.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the product, such as allergic reactions or loss of confidence.
